"Why does perseverance matter? How can perseverance lead to success?" With these questions in mind, our Values Formation Team members interviewed our teachers, students and alumni to gather diverse opinions on the importance of perseverance and its causation to success. A monthly planner was designed and distributed to encourage schoolmates to set goals for the upcoming month and persist in their pursuits.
