Staff Development Day1

Responding to the Year of Compassion, Mr. Jacob Martin was invited to conduct the staff development programme via zoom. Teachers were encouraged to understand comprassionate systems framework. Some of the tools introduced includied check-ins, stock and flow, and connection circle.
