Secondary 1 Discretionary Place Application
(2010-2011)

Applications are now invited for Secondary 1 Discretionary Places for the year 2010-2011. Particulars regarding the application are as follows:
Application Period:

4 January 2010 to 25 January 2010
Office Hours: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Number of Discretionary Places Available: 43
Interview Date: 27 February 2010 (Saturday)
Please note that all applicants will be interviewed.

Primary Six students who are capable of learning through the English medium are welcome to apply. On submission of the EDB application form for S1 Discretionary Place, the application will be confirmed. Students studying in primary schools not participating in the Secondary School Places Allocation System (SSPA) may also apply. EDB Application forms may be obtained from the SSPA Section of the EDB at Lui Kee Education Services Centre in Wanchai, Hong Kong (Tel.: 28327740/ 28327700; Website: www.edb.gov.hk)
