The
School Environmental Education Committee has arranged for Form III
students to visit Hong Kong Wetland Park on the day. The students
had to complete a worksheet during the Self-visit of the four galleries
in the Park after joining a guided tour in the morning.

In
the morning session, Talk on Diabetes was organized by the School
Health Education Team to provide students with health knowledge,
so that they can apply it to their daily life. |
Afternoon
Session
Venue: Gymnasium
Leadership Training was organized by the School Guidance
Team in the afternoon. It aims to raise students’ awareness
of the qualities of a good leader and to build up their leadership
skills on problem-solving, teamwork and communication. |

Catholic
Marriage Advisory Council (CMAC) Workshop was organized by the School
Religious & Moral Education Committee. It helped students develop
a proper attitude towards love and marriage. |
Afternoon
Session
Venue: Visit to a Workplace
Visits
to six different workplaces have been arranged for 140 students.
Students were assigned to one of the workplaces to broaden their
understanding of the nature of the work in the specific organization.
The workplaces include Sheraton Hotel Hong Kong, Pok Oi Hospital,
HK Exchanges & Clearing Ltd., International Social Service,
The Grand Hyatt Hotel and Wong & Ouyang Ltd.

Kong Federation of Youth Groups - Jockey Club Sai Kung Outdoor Training
Camp
The
School Extra-curricular Activities & Services Committee has
arranged for Form VI classes to attend an Adventure-based Leadership
Training Camp on the day. As the title of the training camp suggests,
the objective is to enhance students’ skills in their leadership
roles in various extra-curricular units ranging from the Students
Council to Religious Activities Convenors, Houses, Service Groups
and Clubs. |

Craigengower Cricket Club (CCC)
The
School Religious & Moral Education Committee has arranged for
Form VII classes to attend a Formation Programme on the day. The
theme of the programme is called Unwrapping the Gifts of Life. It
provided an opportunity for students to appreciate the beauty of
nature and helped students reflect on their gifts of life. |
