The Staff Development Day III was held on 15 November 2007 in MSS Auditorium. The school invited C. Branton Shearer, Ph. D. to hold a full day workshop on Creating Multiple Intelligences-Inspired Classrooms and Schools. The MIDAS Workshop consisted of three parts:

Learning Objectives
"Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the multiple intelligences and how to use them to create MI-inspired lesson plans and curriculum that will build students' intrinsic motivation and achievement. Participants will learn how the MIDAS enhances student's Intrapersonal intelligence and can be used to facilitate the transition from an I.Q.-based school to an MI-inspired education. Participants will consider Next Steps for professional development and organizational changes."
